We now have a number of departments & sister companies under the ‘Create’ brand, we’re doing a lot of great work and it’s about time we really start to tell our story. There is plenty for you to work with, you just need to weave your magic and put it all together; sounds easy right?

This content marketing role will be one of the best learning experiences you can have, even if (as we intend) you already have a few years under your belt when it comes to growing brands. You’re going to be exposed to social media, production, live production, development, email marketing, PR, strategy and everything in between. You will need to be hands on, know what you are doing and stamping your personality on everything.

The divisions we have under the ‘Create’ brand are…

Create Media – Full service digital comms agency
Create Production – Content production agency focused on short form video content & live streaming.
Create Content – Digital PR & influencer management.
Create I.T. – Fully equipped I.T support company working on large scale events such as the European Tour Golf.
The Just Create Show – A behind the scenes video blog on the business, the people and what happens inside an agency.

To give you an idea of the content you will be working with, our clients include Red Bull, Jumeirah Group, Expo 2020, Dubai Tourism, Hertz, Nespresso, Standard Chartered Bank & Marriott Group.

The day to day role will be managing the following:

  • Working with the production team to ensure the Just Create Show is published weekly across social media channels
  • Manage the social media channels for the business, writing smart content & showcasing the work we are doing internally.
  • Create case studies of our best work so we can use them as content marketing pieces.
  • Contribute to & manage the company blog, using that content across channels to drive brand visibility.
  • Managing PR for the brand; submitting articles for publishing, corporate announcements, awards entries etc.

The deal breakers:

  • You will need to have at the very least 2/3 years marketing experience and be able to clearly show how you have been instrumental in building a brand across digital channels.
  • Ready to run at 100 miles an hour, this journey is fun… but non-stop.
  • Passion… we can’t emphasise this enough. If people don’t tell you that you’re overly passionate about what you do, please don’t apply, it won’t work out.
  • Attention to detail… it’s critical in today’s communication landscape. You’re going to need it.
  • Experience in video production is a plus but not essential.
  • You must have managed the full suite of social media channels for the brands you have previously worked with.
