Account Executive

Account Executive to join Integrated team : Immediate Start

We are looking for an Account Executive to join our team. The expectations for this role are listed below however a level of flexibility is expected from everyone in the teams due to the diverse nature of our client account.

  • Working closely with the Business lead, Account Director and Account Manager supporting the team with all daily management of the various digital aspects of our clients brand accounts across digital, web, social, media, CRM, analytics and creative platforms. We will look for you to quickly build a rapport with the team as you learn more about the businesses and to offer thought, insights and suggestions into the process for all accounts. You will work closely with and support all members of the team for day to day account management as well as community management, social posting and creative development.
  • Support the Account Management team working closely with the creative, CRM, Digital and reporting team to ensure all client briefs are clearly written and then briefed in, managed and reviewed against strategy prior to sharing with client.
  • Liaise with the traffic manager to ensure resources are booked in for the required tasks.
  • Support the account manager with all levels of client approvals on content as well as re-briefing creative teams as needed.
  • Manage daily updates of the status and tracker sheets for the account across social, digital and CRM.
  • Learn about the clients’ industry and business activities to suggest more personalised solutions across the different channels.
  • Constantly be innovating across digital channels. We understand as a business that all of us need to conceptualise and learn from others so that we can stay ahead of the game whilst we consistently push ourselves to be the best agency in the region.
  • Take ownership of your accounts, and work with the talented resources you have available to make sure we are delivering on the strategy whilst being data led in our decisions.
  • Support in developing and managing client communication requirements – status sheets, meeting notes and timelines for all projects across channels.
  • Liaising with supporting agencies to maintain a smooth flow of campaign asset delivery
