Campaign Assistant GLOBAL BRAND

We are looking for an experienced Campaign Executive to join one of our Integrated account teams, to support management and ongoing optimisation of all CRM Communications.

Working with global brands for both B2B and B2C clients, the CRM team is responsible for the setup, management and deployment of all email campaigns and associated reporting.

Key responsibilities:

  • Assist the CRM Lead, Campaign Manager and Account Management team in the creation of retention focused marketing, promotional and transactional, shopper-driven, segment-based email strategies and campaigns, with unique content driven by events, customer profiles, behaviours, marketing objectives and triggers.
  • Execute a lifecycle marketing retention strategy to drive repeat sales, build loyalty, increase lifetime value and reduce churn by engaging customers with the most targeted, relevant, and helpful content at each stage of the customer lifecycle.
  • Working with the CRM Lead and Manager, drive continued optimisation and evolution of our client’s email marketing programs, including lifecycle trigger programs, transnational messaging and large-scale campaigns.
  • Working with the CRM Lead and Manager, define and drive customer analysis - segment customers into meaningful and actionable cohorts, conduct A/B and multivariate tests, track and analyse performance, and communicate out results to clients as part of a holistic reporting strategy.
  • Use segmentation and behavioural data to personalise and optimise each customer’s online experience through clear and targeted email communication.
  • Supporting the CRM Lead in working closely with the clients marketing teams to ensure seamless implementation of all new and existing marketing initiatives.
  • Serve as the liaison between Product and Marketing teams as well as Creative and Development teams.
  • Working with the Campaign Manager, provide creative direction that ensures proper messaging to our customers and is on brand and messaging as per guidelines.

Functional Skills:

  • Experience working with marketing automation tools such as Emarsys, Mailchimp, Microsoft Dynamics or similar.
  • Have an exceptional knowledge of Excel with the capability to effectively manage databases.
  • Ability to pick up new systems and software quickly is a must.
  • Detail-oriented, deadline driven and able to multi-task.
  • Flexible attitude and ability to cope well with the demands of a rapidly growing company.
  • Self starter and well disciplined to be able to work remotely/at home when required.

Work Experience & Technical Capabilities:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in CRM or business analytics
  • Experience working with retail, ecommerce and/or mobile app data a plus
