• Leadership role in running key digital accounts with the support of the Business Leads and Strategy Directors for strategic guidance.
  • Overall management, optimisation and growth of key account(s) and all associated projects that fall within this client’s business across digital/mobile and web associated platforms.
  • Key contact for client across all projects working with the collective team specialists (CRM, Media, Social, Digital, Data) to ensure all streams of work are tracked and managed efficiently.
  • Offer Strategic input into our client’s business working closely with Business leadership and business vertical experts supporting in driving clients business forward across channels and audience segments.
  • Overall management of the team across Account Management, UX/UI, technology and development, QA, and Performance (data/analytics) services.
  • Responsible for all client communication in terms of day to day account and project management including the development and maintenance with the team of status reports, meeting notes and presentations in collaboration with subject experts as needed (UX, UI, Technology).
  • Responsible for onboarding new team members across accounts with the support of the Operations Director.
  • Responsible for all financial management of the client business (retainer fees and spend/allocation and timesheets) as well as ensuring profitability and exceptional performance across channels.
  • Leadership and mentorship for Account Management and Account Execs within team.
  • Collaboration with Business Lead on all new projects and proposal development for clients as well as presentations for new projects and campaigns.
