Responsibilities

• Work with the UX/UI, creative, technology and analytics team to deliver on client briefs and ongoing tasks as directed by the client.
• Write briefs, work on strategy documents to support the AD and collaborate with all teams in a dynamic, engaging and thorough way to deliver in an agile way against client briefs and business objectives.
• Efficiently manage and monitor outsource teams (technology and development ) to ensure smooth website delivery.
• Collaborate with data team on all reporting and measurement reports ensuring these clearly represent business activities and progress.
• Ensure project plans are created, updated and maintained for all web/ mobile project deliveries.
• Must have a clear understanding of the complex lifecycle and rollout of web based development projects to support AD for project delivery and ongoing optimisation.
• Must have a clear and thorough understanding of QA processes as well as ongoing reporting on project delivery in the form of status documents and ongoing progress trackers.
