We are looking for a brilliant and experienced Social Analyst to join us to work across a range of social accounts in collaboration with our strategy and planning, accounts and data and analytics team.

Candidate must have:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Digital Analyst/ Social Media Analyst, with direct experience working with the major Social Media platforms
  • University degree in statistics, business or communication field - will be a big plus
  • A love for numbers and everything data.
  • Knowledge in data processing tools, including Excel, SQL or similar applications.
  • A deep understanding of the similarities and differences of metrics and dimensions between Social platforms, as well as platform best practices.
  • A thorough understanding of digital video platform metrics and interface (Facebook Creator Studio, YouTube and Google analytics).
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking who enjoys crunching large sets of data.
  • A talent in turning complex numbers and calculations into easily understandable charts and analogies.
  • Experience using Google Data Studio a big plus
  • Understanding of UTM tagging and its applications in Google Analytics a plus
  • Experience in Sprinklr, Social Bakers or similar tools required.
  • Excellent communication skills and client relationship building is a must as the role is client facing and a level of autonomy is needed in managing key accounts.
